Returns
We accept returns on brand-new, unworn items with tags attached if the return package is sent within 15 days of your order delivery date. Orders returned after 15 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Free Exchanges
We offer complimentary exchanges or returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, using a prepaid return label provided by us. Items must be unworn with original tags attached.
Discounted Orders
Orders or items discounted by more than 20% off retail prices are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Refund Details
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within one to two weeks. You will be notified via email. For domestic orders returned for a refund to the original payment method, a return shipping and processing fee of $11 for orders under $150, and $18 for orders over $150, will be deducted from the refund amount (this does not apply for exchanges or store credit). Any delays in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or credit card. Expedited shipping costs chosen by the customer are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels or cover postage costs.
International Taxes and Duties
Any applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customs agents may release or delay your package, and in rare cases, deny its release. The customer is responsible for return shipping in the event of international returns due to refusal to pay duties and taxes. If a customs authority refuses to return the package without receiving payment, the customer is fully responsible for the package.
