Installation Guidance – Floating Floor NaturTrend cork floors feature an advanced Uniclic® locking system, allowing for clean, secure installation without the need for glue. Whether you’re a confident DIYer or working with a professional, the process is designed to be fast, seamless, and precise.
Before installation, all flooring panels must be acclimated for 72 hours in the installation room. Store unopened packs flat at a temperature of 18–22°C and 40–65% humidity to ensure proper conditioning.
An expansion gap must be maintained around all walls, door frames, and fixed elements. For the cleanest finish, we recommend removing and refitting skirting boards. Where this is not possible, discreet scotia or perimeter trims must be used to conceal the gap.
