Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK mainland. For Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and remote areas like the Highlands or Isle of Wight, just get in touch. We’ll work out the best delivery solution for you.
How long will my order take?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on stock and location. If you’re ordering samples, they typically arrive within 2–3 working days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
How much is delivery?
Sample delivery is free. For full flooring orders, shipping costs depend on weight, size, and location. We’ll always confirm pricing before your order is finalised. No surprises.
Can I return my order?
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return unopened products within 14 days. Just contact us first so we can arrange everything. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my delivery arrives damaged?
If something’s not right. Damaged, incorrect, or missing. Contact us within 48 hours. We’ll make it right, quickly and clearly. Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
Can I return leftover flooring?
We don’t accept returns for unused surplus material. We recommend measuring carefully before ordering. But if you’re unsure, reach out. We’ll help you get it right the first time.
Do I need to keep the packaging?
Yes. Please hold onto the original packaging until you’re sure the flooring is right for your space. Returns must come back in their original condition, unopened and boxed.
How do I arrange a return?
Just email us at hello@natrul.co.uk with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process with no hassle. Once we receive the goods and verify their condition, a refund will be processed.
