By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

Our products

All Natrul flooring products are manufactured by Granorte (Portugal) and sold by S Myers Limited. Products are made from natural cork and, as with all natural materials, there will be variation in colour, texture, and grain between planks and between batches. This is not a defect.

Product photography is as accurate as we can make it, but screen calibration and natural material variation mean the finished floor may differ slightly from images shown. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full purchase.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email, which is an acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm your order is being processed for dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to fulfil it for any reason. In such cases, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

Pricing and payment

Prices may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you complete your order.

We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Additional charges apply to Scotland, Devon, Cornwall, and offshore destinations. For Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and Channel Islands, please contact us for a quote before ordering.

For products we hold in UK stock, we aim to dispatch within 1 to 3 working days. For products ordered from the factory, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production, shipping, and customs clearance. We will notify you of expected lead times at the time of order.

Delivery dates given are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery and to inspect the goods before signing. Report any visible damage to the courier at the time of delivery and notify us within 48 hours.

Samples

We offer samples to allow you to assess colour and texture before purchasing. Samples are sent as genuine product offcuts and reflect the real product as closely as possible. Sample availability may vary.

Returns and cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at hello@natrul.co.uk.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We cannot accept returns of flooring that has been laid. Please check your order carefully before installation.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods arrive damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Our products carry a manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects. Guarantee periods vary by product range and are stated on individual product pages. The guarantee covers defects in materials and construction under normal domestic use. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, inadequate subfloor preparation, flooding, excessive moisture, or normal wear and tear.

Installation

Correct installation is your responsibility. We provide installation guides for each product range, available on our downloads page and with every order. Failure to follow installation guidelines, including acclimatisation requirements and subfloor preparation, may affect product performance and may void the manufacturer's guarantee.

If you are unsure, we recommend using a qualified flooring installer.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damage.

Intellectual property

All content on natrul.co.uk, including text, photography, design, and code, is owned by S Myers Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
