Split White is cork laid on its side, cut to reveal the growth structure rather than the surface.
A white-toned natural cork veneer with a pronounced horizontal grain pattern. The cut reveals the layered internal structure of the cork, producing a fine linear texture that reads as quiet but detailed. Warm undertones break through the white finish.
Built on natural cork, it delivers thermal retention, acoustic dampening, and a cushioned underfoot response. The linear grain reduces visual noise while keeping the surface material.

- Daily: Vacuum or dry sweep to remove grit. Grit underfoot causes surface wear over time.
- Damp mopping: Damp mop as needed. Wring the mop thoroughly no pooling water. Wipe up spills promptly, particularly at plank joins.
- Cleaning products: Use pH-neutral floor cleaner. Avoid bleach, solvent-based, or abrasive cleaners.
- Furniture: Use felt pads under all furniture legs. Lift rather than drag when moving furniture.
- Entry points: Place mats at external doors to trap grit and moisture.
- Sealing: No annual sealing required. The WEARTOP® factory finish is maintenance-free. Optional varnish can be applied at joins for extra moisture protection in kitchens.
